The offer, in short

Save 15% on your child’s 2027 residential summer course.
Open to new families booking with Summer Boarding Courses for the first time.
Book between 1 September and 31 October 2026.

1. Offer period

To qualify for this offer, a place must be booked and the required deposit paid (see section 6) on or before 31 October 2026, 11:59pm UK time. Bookings made after this date are not eligible. The offer may be withdrawn earlier at Summer Boarding Courses’ (“SBC”) discretion (see section 12).

2. Who the offer is for

This offer is available to students who have not previously attended an SBC programme, and to families who have not previously booked an SBC programme. Students who have attended an SBC programme before are not eligible for this offer.

3. Which programmes the offer applies to

The offer applies to residential summer 2027 courses at: Oxford College, Dukes Cambridge, SBC at Eton College, Headington Oxford, Dulwich College, Earlscliffe (summer), Camp Headington and Camp Dragon.

The offer does not apply to:

Day camps – delivered by Ultimate Activity Camps
Easter programmes
Any programme not listed above

4. How the price is calculated

The discount is 15% off SBC’s standard published programme fee for summer 2027, for the relevant campus, course and duration. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

The offer applies to the programme fee only, and not to any additional or optional items (see section 10).

5. One offer per place

This offer applies per student, per programme place. It cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, scholarship or offer, unless SBC states otherwise in writing.

6. Deposit and payment schedule

A deposit of £700 is payable for each place at the time of booking, on or before 31 October 2026. The remaining programme balance (the total fee after the £700 deposit) is due on or before 1 May 2027.

7. Securing and confirming your place

A place is not confirmed until SBC has received the deposit and issued written confirmation. All places are subject to availability, and the campus, course and dates you request may not be available at the time of booking. Where a chosen programme is unavailable, SBC will offer the nearest suitable alternative, and the offer terms will apply to that alternative.

8. If a payment is not made on time

If the remaining balance is not received by its due date, SBC may release the place to another student.

9. Cancellations and refunds

The £700 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations, transfers and refunds are governed by the cancellation terms set out in SBC’s standard booking terms and conditions.

If a place booked under this offer is cancelled and later rebooked after 31 October 2026, the discount does not automatically carry over to the new booking.

10. What is included and excluded

The offer price covers the programme fee only. It does not include flights, travel, visas, travel insurance, airport transfers, guardianship, or any optional extras or activities, except where stated in your booking confirmation. All such items and any additional charges are set out in SBC’s standard booking terms and conditions.

11. Bookings made through an agent

Where a place is booked through an authorised SBC booking agent using the agent’s booking code, the booking is assigned to that agent and the agent’s commission arrangements apply. This offer applies to the programme fee as set out above.

12. Changes to, or withdrawal of, the offer

SBC may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time and without notice. Any place already confirmed under the offer, with the deposit received on or before 31 October 2026, will be honoured on the terms that applied at the time of booking.

13. General

This offer is subject to SBC’s standard booking terms and conditions, which apply in full. Where those terms and these offer terms conflict, these offer terms prevail on the matters they expressly cover. In all other respects the standard terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
