*We will endeavour to meet all dietary requirements, e.g. vegetarian, vegan, Halal etc.

Our course prices listed on the website do not include flights. Customers wishing to book with us must make their own travel arrangements to the UK. We do however offer a transfer service from Heathrow Airport and St. Pancras station upon arrival to the UK, on to the summer school.

A non-refundable deposit payment of £700.00 per student is due within 48 hours of submitting a booking form. This secures the place. The full balance of Fees must be received by us no later than the Payment Due Date on the 1st May 2024. Any booking made after this date must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the Booking Confirmation Email.

All cancellations must be made in writing and take effect from the date we receive such notice. Where a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, there will be a refund of all Course Fees paid, minus the Deposit.

Due to the requirement to arrange staffing, transport, airport transfers, accommodation and other aspects of the Course in advance of the Arrival Date, where a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, there will be no refund, except in the case of valid visa refusal. Where a booking is amended less than 30 days prior to or after the Arrival Date, there will be no refund for any missed elements of the Course (including the Course itself, English Plus, Academic Options, Transfers, etc.), and there may be a further charge for the additional items.
