English Language Summer Day Camps
For many children, going to a summer camp is one of the highlights of their summer. So why not combine learning and fun with our English language summer day camps? They blend an enriching English learning experience with an action-packed activity programme.
Students take part in two 50-minute English language lessons a day and will be grouped based on their English level, from beginner or advanced. Each class size is capped at 12 students, meaning teachers can tailor each lesson according to each student’s needs.
Following their English lessons, students can immerse themselves in their chosen activity programme. Here, they get the opportunity to engage with local English-speaking children, applying the knowledge they have learnt in a real-world situation.
Activity Programme
Every week, children will enjoy an exciting and unrivalled programme of activities. With over 40 different activities on offer, the programme has something for everyone, from art and creative sessions, to sport and adventure.
Children join groups with local British children, who are of a similar age.
Examples include: Archery (8 years +), Basketball, Cookery, Drama, Football, Fencing (6 years +), Pedal Karts (6 years +), Kwik Cricket, Netball, Roller Racers, Swimming, Trampolining, Tennis, Outdoor Art, Ultimate Inflatables, Pop Art Masterclass, Zorbing (8 years +), Mini Olympics and so much more!

How are students grouped?
When taking part in activities, children are grouped by age to ensure they get the appropriate level of care and do activities appropriate to their age.
6-7 Years
With an exciting mix of games, sports and art activities, every day is structured to give children the chance to do lots of different activities with new friends. The timetable is packed allowing children to burn off some of their boundless energy!
8-9 Years
Once children reach the age of 8, additional activities such as archery and zorbing are available. . We also get all children in this age group together for our popular ‘Big Game’ sessions.
10-12 Years
Whether it’s zorbing and fencing, or swimming and archery, day camps offer awesome activities for 10-14 year olds to try. Team work and socialising is also an important factor to this age group, so our ‘Wide Game’ sessions bring all the children together where they can mix and enjoy larger team building activities.
What time do the camps run?
Our camps are convenient for parents no matter what your plans are whilst in the UK. They are open Monday to Friday with activities from 09:30 to 16:30, however parents can drop off from 08:30 and collect until 17.15 at no extra cost.

Is lunch provided?
Children attending our day camps will need to bring a packed lunch and drink bottle each day. Please be aware that other children attending our day camps may have nut allergies – please avoid bringing nuts and nut products in your child’s packed lunch.
Do you offer transfers for Day Camp bookings?
We do not offer transfers for our Day Camps, as they are non-residential, and children are usually travelling with their parents. However, if you require any assistance at all with locating a suitable train/coach/taxi to get you from the airport to your chosen accommodation, we would be happy to support in finding you the best solution.
Do you offer accomodation?
Our camps are non-residential (i.e. no accommodation) therefore you would be required to drop your child off in the morning and collect in the evening.
If you require accommodation nearby we would recommend visiting booking.com or airbnb.com using the following postcodes:
- Oxford: Headington School, London Rd, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX3 7PB
- Sutton: Sutton High School Sports Complex, Grove Road, Sutton, SM1 2AW
- Kingston: Holy Cross Prep School, George Rd, Kingston, Surrey, KT2 7NU
Did you know?
All our residential courses can be offered without overnight accommodation, i.e. ‘non-residential’. This means that you can choose to drop-off and collect your child each day of the course, rather than sleeping at the school. This is ideal for those that wish to stay with their children overnight, or for those that live locally. The programme for non-residential students starts at approximately 08:30 and includes lessons and activities, with the children finishing after the evening activity around 20:00.
Your child will still benefit from the same fantastic academic and social opportunities that our summer courses have to offer!
