A very warm welcome to Dukes Cambridge Summer School at Sancton Wood.
We are the Summer Boarding Courses Student Experience team, and we are here to support you and your child before arrival, during the programme, and throughout the summer journey.
Whether your child is new to SBC or returning this summer, this Welcome Pack has been created to give you all the key information you need in one place. Here, you will find guidance on important forms, travel arrangements, packing, welfare, communication, activities, and what to expect during your child’s stay.
Our team works together to ensure families receive clear, helpful support throughout the experience, so that everything feels as smooth and well organised as possible.

Letter of Consent to Travel
For students who are travelling to the UK without their parents. Please complete this form and keep it with the student’s passport when they travel.

Our Expectations
During their stay, our students are expected to comply with our Course Rules and Internet Code of Conduct. Our rules are designed to make sure that your child’s stay with us is safe and enjoyable.
Code of Conduct
In order to ensure all students and staff have a safe and pleasant stay with us, we ask everyone to read and follow the code of conduct document.
Internet Code of Conduct
Students will have access to Wi-Fi during their stay. To be granted access all students must read and sign our internet code of conduct.

This is a private, password protected and not publicly accessible section, specifically designed for parents of students attending Dukes Cambridge with SBC in 2026. Your admissions manager will provide you with the required password information prior to your child’s arrival.
