Future Engineers Summer School

With Future Engineers at Headington your theoretical knowledge will be stretched and enhanced, creating the groundwork for a fantastic career in engineering.

In our Engineering summer school programme, students expand their understanding of thermodynamics, mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, and electromagnetism through university-style seminars, lectures, and workshops.

Because Engineering is at the forefront of addressing significant issues, such as water and air pollution, understanding how to collaborate is crucial for the engineers of tomorrow. As part of our programme we are delighted to provide aspiring engineers with fresh opportunities to practice their teamwork abilities in our Time to Shine challenge.

What you’ll learn

  • Students learn about topics in chemical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and environmental engineering in our dynamic and communicative engineering seminars.
  • Through our practical project courses, students focus on both the scientific and mathematical concepts of these fields and discover how these might be applied.
