SEK – Ciudalcampo, Madrid
SEK-Ciudalcampo, located in the north of Madrid, is offering a wide range of summer experiences where activities and games are always adapted to children’s ages so that students can really enjoy summer. Creative cooking, nature activities, experiments, swimming, virtual reality, circus activities, programming, music and dance, football… these are just some examples of the many activities that students will be able to do this coming month of July at our school and also, in some cases, at the RACE Sports Club facilities.
All experiences are run by SEK teachers and have an optional extended hours service for those who need in the morning or in the afternoon.
In addition, the school has safety and hygiene measures in place to ensure the health of all our students and teachers.

For students born from 2006 to 2015 inclusive
Sports Camp students will be able to design their own course by choosing a sport from group A and an option from group B:
Group A: tennis, padel tennis, football or volleyball*.
Group B: horse riding, golf, water sports or karting*
The objective is to develop overall coordination, learn and perfect the techniques of the chosen sports, as well as learn to respect nature and interact with the environment that surrounds them.
For students born from 2019 to 2022 inclusive
A first contact with English in innovative and safe environments, specially designed to meet the needs of the children. Their curiosity will be stimulated through creative activities.
The objective is to enjoy and learn through play and sensory experiences, creative activities, music and by learning psychomotor skills with SEK professionals, specialists in Early Childhood Education.
For students born from 2014 to 2018 inclusive
This camp combines sports, creative and technology activities, designed for students to develop 21st-century skills. All activities are adapted for each age and studied to promote the child’s physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
The camp pursues the SEK Group educational objectives and the International Baccalaureate ethos. In innovative learning spaces, students will learn through experimentation, in a natural and playful way.
For students born from 2005 to 2010 inclusive
This course is designed to prepare and strengthen the knowledge and skills necessary for the academic evolution of the student in the following academic years. This course serves to deal with areas in which the student may not reached the required level.
The course will provide specific support in the areas of language and mathematics, in addition to providing a support structure in those subjects that the student has not managed to pass.
For students born from 2008 to 2015 inclusive
This camp is specially designed for those students who want to improve playing an instrument and also those who want to try one for the first time. The methodology is based on cooperative learning and collaborative work. In addition to instrument classes, students will have workshops on stage techniques, choir and music technology.
Students will learn to use music as a universal language, they will improve or learn the technique of the instrument they choose and they will start using new technologies for the reproduction of music, knowing the importance of this in the creation of new music.
For students born between 2006 to 2013 inclusive
Combining different options from the STEAM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) the students of the Maker & Sports course will spend a unique summer. This course also includes outdoor sports activities. Each student will be able to enjoy a tailor-made summer in a bilingual environment and the groups will be formed taking into account the age and preferences of each student.
The objective is to promote learning by doing and 21st century skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, leadership and creativity through design thinking.
